Mission:
It is the mission of Team Phoenix to have an aquatics program that teaches all levels of swimmers. To promote personal growth in goal setting, training, and healthy living. And to add a "family" atmosphere by team unity, family participation, and reaching out to our community.
Objectives: 
- To train athletes to compete at their highest level of achievement.
- To provide a service and set an ex-ample of excellence for our community.
- To promote USA Swimming through leadership and sportsmanship.
- To teach team spirit and pride.
- To cater to the needs of swimmers ages 5-21.
- To promote personal health.
- To ready athletes for college and their life ahead.
